Beyond residential closings, our real estate transaction practice allows us to put our clients’ wishes in line with legal requirements of commercial or residential development.  Real estate transactions often involve several different governing agents and local, state and federal regulation. Our depth of knowledge in not only real estate transactions, but also estate planning and taxation, allows us to serve as a liaison between the many parties involved for our clients.
