Daniel LaValley has dedicated his professional career to providing his clients with their very best legal services possible. He has also given back to his community by serving on several different boards for schools and organizations in the Toledo area throughout the past few decades.

Dan LaValley uses his business knowledge, accounting degree, and experience in various areas of law to the advantage of his clients, and provides his clients a comprehensive view of their specific needs. Dan’s clients receive advice and counsel in all practice areas the firm offers.

Dan leverages his own experience dealing with his family’s businesses in real estate development, sales, purchasing, and leasing as well as industrial manufacturing to provide a practical, hands-on approach for the benefit of his clients.

Taking time away from his busy practice, Dan gives his time and skills to various educational and charitable organizations. Dan is the founder and current Superintendent of HOPE Learning Academy of Toledo, and a Board Member of the Learning Club of Toledo.

Mr. LaValley received his Juris Doctor in 1984 and his Bachelor in Business Administration with a degree in Accounting in 1982 from the University of Toledo. He is licensed to practice in Ohio and Florida and before the United States Tax Court.

Mr. LaValley is a member of the Toledo and Ohio State Bar Associations and the Florida Bar.
