Richard G. LaValley, Jr.

Richard LaValley Jr, has been practicing law for over 30 years and has earned the respect of his colleagues and community by always practicing ethical and honorable law. Dick has also shown a strong desire to give back to the community that has helped him succeed as an attorney by serving on boards and committees that focus on bettering the community that has been so good to him.

Since 1983, Mr. LaValley Jr. has offered clients of LLTS his experience and knowledge to assist them in meeting their personal and business needs. Dick is knowledgeable in all areas in which the firm practices, providing his clients with well-rounded legal advice.

Dick believes in giving back to the community that has helped him succeed as an attorney by serving on numerous community boards that include schools, charitable foundations and community organizations.

Mr. LaValley Jr. is admitted to practice law in Ohio and Florida, and before the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Toledo and Ohio State Bar Associations and the Florida Bar.

Mr. LaValley attended the University of Toledo where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in accounting and his Juris Doctor.
