Charles D. Rittenhouse

Charles Rittenhouse joined the team of LLTS in January of 2017. He brings with him past experience in the firm’s areas of practice as well as a fresh perspective on current practices. He is excited to join LLTS and shares similar interests in giving back to the community in which he lives. He enjoys volunteering his time and knowledge whenever he can.

Charles focuses his practice in the areas of estate and wealth preservation planning, taxation, estate and trust administration, and residential real estate transactions. He works with individuals and families to address both simple and complex estate planning, business succession planning, and tax planning objectives. He also has significant experience in the preparation of personal income tax, personal gift tax, fiduciary income tax, and Federal estate tax returns.

Charles is admitted to practice law in Ohio, and has been admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Toledo and Ohio State Bar Associations, the Toledo Estate Planning Council, and the Catholic Business Network.

Charles attended the University of Dayton where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 2008 (summa cum laude) and his Juris Doctor degree in 2011 (cum laude).
